1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Akhdemni app, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the app immediately.
• We have the right to amend these terms at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes.

2. Registration and Account

• The information provided at registration must be correct, accurate, and complete.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Creating fake accounts, using forged identities, or impersonating others is prohibited.
• If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, you must notify us immediately.

3. User Obligations

• The user agrees to use the app for legitimate purposes only.
• Using the app for any illegal purpose or one that violates public decency is prohibited.
• Posting any offensive, threatening, defamatory, sexual, or racist content is prohibited.
• Harassing or abusing any user or craftsman within the platform is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack the system or tamper with the platform's data is prohibited.

4. Craftsman Obligations

• The craftsman agrees to provide real and accurate data at registration, including ID photos.
• Advertised services must be real and within the craftsman's actual scope of competence.
• The craftsman is prohibited from defrauding or scamming users or taking money without providing the service.
• The craftsman agrees to treat users with respect and high professional ethics.
• The craftsman bears full responsibility for the quality of the services provided.
• Using user data for purposes outside the scope of the agreed service is prohibited.

5. Craftsman Identity Verification 🪪

• Registration on the platform is open to all craftsmen, and the account can be used normally without verification.
• Verification is an optional procedure in which the craftsman uploads a photo of their personal ID for review by the administration.
• The verified craftsman receives a "Verified ✓" badge that appears next to their name, meaning the administration has verified their real identity.
• The verification badge gives users additional assurance that they are dealing with a real person and not a fake account.
• The uploaded ID photos are used solely for verification purposes and are not published or shared with any third party.
• The administration reserves the right to reject or revoke a verification request if false information is proven to have been submitted.

6. Geographic Location 📍

• When registering a craftsman account and agreeing to these terms, the app requests permission to access your geographic location.
• Your geographic location is used solely for search purposes — to enable users to find the craftsmen nearest to them.
• Your precise location will not be shared with any third party nor used for commercial or advertising purposes.
• You can disable location access from your device settings at any time, and your account will continue to work normally.
• When sending a service request, the location of the requested service (not your personal location) is saved to facilitate coordination with the craftsman.

7. Notifications

• The app requests permission to send notifications to inform you of the status of your requests and any important updates.
• Notifications include: request acceptance, work start, work completion, and general notifications from the administration.
• You can turn off notifications from your device settings at any time.

8. Requests and Services

• The user can send service requests with details of location, budget, and description.
• Uploaded request photos are used only to clarify the nature of the work required for the craftsman.
• The craftsman has the right to accept or reject any request at their personal discretion.
• When a request is accepted, direct communication between the two parties is enabled — chat or the WhatsApp button.

9. Liability and Warranties

• The Akhdemni app is an intermediary platform that connects users with craftsmen and does not bear direct responsibility for the quality of services.
• The app does not guarantee specific results from using craftsmen's services.
• Any dispute occurring between the user and the craftsman is the direct responsibility of both parties.
• The app is not responsible for any financial loss or damage resulting from misuse.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• We make our efforts to protect your personal data by the available technical means.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
• ID photos uploaded by craftsmen are used only for identity verification and are not published publicly.
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support.
• Your phone number is used only to communicate with craftsmen via WhatsApp when your request is accepted.

11. Suspension and Banning

• The administration has the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
• If scamming or fraud is proven, the account will be permanently banned and reported to the competent authorities.
• Users have the right to report any behavior that violates the terms through the reporting system within the app.

12. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights of the Akhdemni app are reserved.
• Copying, distributing, or modifying any content from the app without prior permission is prohibited.

13. Contact and Support

• For any inquiry or complaint, you can contact the support team through the app.
• We are committed to responding to all inquiries as soon as possible.
• You can also send your suggestions to improve the app through the suggestions section.

14. Circumstances Beyond Control

• Akhdemni is not responsible for any delay or service failure caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• These include: power, internet, or communications outages; fuel crises; or emergency security conditions.
• In such cases, the app's obligations are temporarily suspended without any liability for resulting damages.

Any violation of these terms may lead to a permanent ban and referral of the matter to the competent legal authorities.
