حذف حسابك في أخدمني

يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك في أي وقت.

كيفية طلب الحذف

لديك طريقتان لحذف حسابك:

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق:

افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول استخدم حسابك الحالي

اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ثم اختر "الإعدادات"

اختر "حذف الحساب" واتبع تعليمات التأكيد

الطريقة الثانية — عبر البريد الإلكتروني:

أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً يتضمن: اسمك الكامل، بريدك الإلكتروني المسجَّل، وطلب الحذف.

نُنجز طلبات الحذف خلال خلال 1 الى 3 ايام عمل من استلامها.

ستتلقى تأكيداً عبر البريد الإلكتروني عند اكتمال الحذف.

بعض البيانات قد تُحتجز لفترة محدودة لأسباب قانونية أو مكافحة الاحتيال:

لا نحتجز بياناتك الشخصية التعريفية بعد تنفيذ الحذف.

🗑 Delete Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

You have two ways to delete your account:

Method 1 — From within the app:

Open the app and log in Use your current account credentials

Go to your Profile Then select "Settings"

Select "Delete Account" Follow the confirmation instructions

Method 2 — Via email:

Send an email including: your full name, your registered email address, and a deletion request.

We process deletion requests within 30 business days of receipt.

You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or anti-fraud reasons:

We do not retain your personal identifying data after deletion is executed.
